On this page you can register for a Souvenir Journal entry, after you complete the registration process and payment you can go to Select "My Account" Button on the top right and go to the "Registrations and Purchases" Tab, and on your entry select either "Upload Artwork" or "Submit Text" button.
For Parish or Archdiocese Organization/Departments Entries, please make sure you use "Parish" or "Archdiocese Organization/Department" entity type, so you make be able to get the discounted price
